Following a recent outbreak of measles in London, we strongly advise all parents and carers to ensure that children are fully immunised with the MMR vaccine.
It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Rachel Bolton.
Rachel was a much-loved member of our practice team, having worked with us for the past nine years. During this time, she progressed from Practice Nurse to Lead Nurse and Prescriber and was deeply dedicated to both her patients and her colleagues.
Rachel will be remembered for her kindness, compassion, and unwavering support. She was always ready with a smile and went above and beyond to care for those around her. Her loss has had huge impact on the team, and we know many of you who were cared for by her will feel this deeply too.
We kindly ask for your understanding and patience as we navigate this very challenging time together as a team.
We are planning to commemorate Rachel in a fitting way and will share further details on our website once arrangements are made. In the meantime, we would welcome any remembrance messages from patients. We have a book of remembrance in our practice reception which we invite you to share messages about Rachel. We will share this book with Rachel’s family.
