We have 2 GP practices and 1 branch site in AT Medics Streatham PCN, they are:
Edith Cavell Surgery, Streatham High Practice and Streatham Place Surgery (branch site to Edith Cavell), have signed up to being a large PCN, with the support of AT Medics Limited, in set up and implementation. AT Medics Streatham PCN works with other health and social care services, to provide care for over 47 thousand patients.

Our AT Medics Streatham PCN, in collaboration with other GP practice across Lambeth are working together to offer extended opening times at four specially selected GP Access Hubs.
The GP Access Hubs offer appointments seven days a week.
